Wildlife & Biodiversity

One of our key aims is to conserve wildlife and encourage biodiversity in and around Whittlesford.

We are lucky to have an active Tree Group in the village who plant (and then water!) trees in suitable locations.

We are also looking for suitable rewilding areas and the planting of wild flowers. At our stall for Whittlefest on 16 July 2022 we had great input from various people discussing suitable locations.

We have held some nature walks and talks and there will be more ahead.
